From admittance to discharge the service has been five star even the food is good, although I haven't had the need of feeds and drains i've seen enough of the attention those who have get and ok it might get a bit disruptive at night but you can catch up on sleep in the day.
The only thing I can think of that I would have brought i would have been an eye mask as the lights at night tended to keep you awake.

Always staff on hand when you need them.
Very comfortating when staff are talking to you.

Bolton hospital was good in giving feedback. I received excellent care from the Christie lots of feedback and the staff was excellent you very special team. Doctors came daily and explained everything well.

My problem was explained in detail and the solution explain very thoroughly. I thought the date was very reasonable time wise and never altered from 25th Aug. when I was given it to the operation on the 15th Sept a great relief. Staff at Christies were so very very good. My only small criticism was on my first day back from the op I couldn't reach anything.

Doctors and nurses who informed of your progress and on a regular basis. Staff are personable and engage/give time to pass the time of day. I think polite and noise levels need thinking about as it interrupts sleep. Perhaps good {} critical such patients together.
